Thanks Graeme. I will listen to my body, don't worry! Might even stop for a cappuccino if it tells me to! Sorry for the lack of contact, again! Will catch up with you for sure when I get back. Cheers.

Raw nutrition

http://www.sportissweet.com/emma-couttie-macdougall-raw-nutrition/I have become aware of the raw food movement who believe raw is better and healthier. I'm absolutely sure it is but struggling to see how it works well with a seriously athletic lifestyle. I'm trying to get Emma or rawfoodscotland to work on a higher protein smoothy for me but wondered if anyone had any other healthy ideas along those…See More

This is the danger of stealing someone elseses bike set up. Scott here has a good seat angle but his hip angle is closed and the knee angle is also on the low end. He definitely needs to get the saddle up a bit so his knee angle is closer to 150…

Woody is going to help with setup but I know that I'm just going to have to put in lots of time on the bike to get used to the new position etc. Any help you could give me in making this easier would be much appreciated. My email is scott_gall@hotmail.com Hopefully with some hard work I should get some benefit from it in Roth. Are you down for the Castles Challenge?
Cheers

Graeme, Do you fancy the Keswick Half Marathon on Sunday? It's a hill race but very very nice. We could get a good bunch over and do it after a solid bike/swim day on sat. What do you think?
