Hi Drew, first of all congratulations on becoming a Dad. Its great fun, but hard work as well - I go to work for a rest!. Yes, I am still a member of Lloyds, but don't get there much other than on a weekend with kids. I am not doing much training either, other than running a few times during the week and Parkrun on a Saturday. I did have plans to do an Ironman, but had to put them on hold as a close relative became. There is always next year!!!
