I have become aware of the raw food movement who believe raw is better and healthier. I'm absolutely sure it is but struggling to see how it works well with a seriously athletic lifestyle. I'm trying to get Emma or rawfoodscotland to work on a higher protein smoothy for me but wondered if anyone had any other healthy ideas along those lines.
Apparently the hardcore raw foodist eat 80-10-10 that is 80% cals from mainly fruit carbohydrate 10% protein and 10% fat! I wonder how that would effect your IM race plan!!!!
